General

For the Terms of Use, "ZyronOut", "Website", "Site", "We" and "Company", refer to Allied Ventures. The term 'You' refers to the user or viewer of the application.

Delivery
  • Steam Press deliveries are usually made in 48 - 72 working hours. Dry-Cleaning / Laundry garments are usually delivered in 4-5 working days.
  • We take all efforts to deliver clothes as per the allotted date in the invoice, however we do not guarantee the same. If the delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated about the revised delivery dates.
  • Some articles may require additional turn-around time owing to the complexity of the stains, garments, additional drying time, etc.
Pricing
  • The indicative price list is available in the ZyronOut app which can be downloaded from Play Store / App Store.
  • The rates mentioned in the price list are indicative and minimal. The tariff / rate for designer garments or garments with certain work / embroidery / stains, etc., will be decided on a case-to-case basis depending on the complexity of the garments / stubbornness of the stains.
  • Customer will be charged 100% extra for any express / urgent orders. Express / urgent orders are those orders which are to be delivered within 24 working hours.
  • The minimum order value (after discount) depends upon the distance from the shop. The minimum order value is Rs. 249 and we charge a convenience fee (pickup and delivery fee) starting from Rs. 30 if the order value is less than the minimum order value. The Convenience fee increases depending upon the pickup / delivery distance from the workshop.
  • If the order is below the minimum order value, there is a default delivery charge of Rs. 30 for a round trip of pickup and delivery for pickup / deliveries within 2 kms from the workshop, which increases by Rs. 10 per km depending upon the distance from the shop.
  • ZyronOut reserves the right to modify or end any promo code / discount / offer without further intimation. ZyronOut reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Services are offered through the mobile / web application, including but not limited to the charges for the Services provided. The User shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. ZyronOut reserves the right to modify the prices of any article, or its terms & conditions at any time.
  • Subscription to prepaid packages is for the specific time period mentioned in the prepaid packages, customers are requested to fully understand the terms of the respective package before subscribing to prepaid packages. Any un-utilised balance at the end of the specified time period shall lapse.
Processing
  • We will undertake the cleaning of the articles in the best possible manner that our technicians deem fit. The various cleaning methods deployed by us include Washing, Wet Cleaning & Dry Cleaning depending on the type of article.
  • All garments are accepted at Customer’s risk and ZyronOut will not be responsible for fastness/running/bleeding of colour, shrinkage, damage to embellishments, embroidery work, discoloration, trimming, or any other damage on the garments during the process.
  • Every effort is made to remove stains, but we will not be responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains which cannot be completely treated even after multiple attempts.
  • We shall not be held responsible for any ornaments/jewelry fittings on the garment.
  • Please note that we will not be responsible for the upkeep of the garments if the garments are not collected within 15 days from the date of scheduled delivery.
  • We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary, etc.
  • Special care instructions, if any, should be mentioned in advance. The company accepts no liability for "special care" and delicate items that require special attention to be cleaned. We, due to time constraints, do not read manufacturer suggested care and washing/drying labels, and will not be responsible for garments labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only."
  • We may use the images of customer’s articles for promotional purposes.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Courts in Thane/Mumbai only.

Guaranteed Cloth Protection Program
  • The Guaranteed Cloth Protection Program protects customers against any damage/loss during the processing of an item.
  • Liability for any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 5 times the charge for processing that item, and compensation will be provided through a Voucher.
  • Free re-processing is available in case of processing quality issues.
  • As a promotional offer, this protection program is offered at zero cost to customers. However, it is applicable only for orders paid through our mobile/web application.
  • The order value of an item refers to the processing cost for the item after discount as per the invoice.
  • Customers are requested to examine and count garments at the time of delivery and inform the delivery person in case of missing articles. ZyronOut will not be responsible for missing claims after delivery.
  • All damages, loss, or quality issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Any complaints received after 2 days will be null and void and will not be covered under this program.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
  • We are fully committed to customer satisfaction. If you are displeased with the services provided, we are just a call away.
  • If any article gets damaged or is lost during processing, our Guaranteed Cloth Protection Program will apply.
